A candidate I recently worked with told me she was reading Michael D. Watkins’ “The First 90 Days” ahead of starting at her new job. I haven’t read it yet myself, but based on the excerpts and reviews I read on Amazon, getting a copy before starting a new job might be a good idea.
Of course we used the strategies outlined in my book “Modern Job Search” to get her the job in the first place, but you knew that.
